REVIEWS
If you have had a visa application rejected or a visa cancelled, you may be eligible for a review through the Migration review Tribunal or The Refugee Review Tribunal. Both these Tribunals are independent of the department of Immigration and Citizenship, and have the ability to look at your application anew.
You may also be eligible for a review to a higher court, or a request for Ministerial Intervention.
We are experienced in most forms of review and can assist you in maximising your chances of having the original decision overturned.
Please note that there are strict time limits for an appeal to the Migration Review Tribunal, The Refugee Review Tribunal, or higher courts.
Please contact us for further details ion a no obligation basis.
